Meet our new Dancers

We are excited to introduce you to our new cohort of company dancers: Anna Seymour, Temitope Ajose, Maiya Leeke, Annie Edwards and James Olivo (from left to right). These talented artists will perform in our new commission in collaboration with Dan Daw Creative Projects, set to premiere and tour in 2025.

Told through Dan Daw’s unique blend of dance, narrative and iconography and Co-Directed by storytelling raver Stef O’Driscoll, ‘Over and Over (and over again)’ explores what happens when a beat takes hold, and we dare to colour outside the lines to create our own dance-floor utopia.

DIGITAL WORK

Cuckoo

Cuckoo is a visually striking and playful dance film from Candoco Dance Company, inspired by a bespoke prosthetic leg created by Sophie de Oliveira Barata of The Alternative Limb Project, for dancer Welly O’Brien. This unique limb is carved from cherry wood and features a working cuckoo clock and pendulum.
